Fluent Business English About the Role As the Community Lead of Digital Creators at Nespresso, you will represent a technical community formed by Developers, Analysts, Designers, UX, SEO Professionals, etc.
You will act as the reference for the community towards Nespresso and vice versa.
In this role, you will make community members more productive and empowered by creating demos and technical content, giving talks, organizing meetups, and engaging with users online.
You will advocate for the community together with the Community Technology Lead to help align their needs with the business priorities.
What You’ll Bring • Own, develop, and execute the Creator Community strategy that aligns with the Nespresso Tech & Digital business goals.
• Identify new opportunities for community engagement and facilitate community initiatives, and experiments.
• Work with peers to improve the quality of internal communication with our community.
• Supervise community activity and optimize its engagement.
• Be the point of contact for Community Members on Community activities.
• Motivate, coach, and inspire contributors inside other teams to achieve your goals.
• Work with the Tech Lead for Toolset and Community on the community technology vision and requirements.
Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in community management and in the field of communications.
• Proven experience in building and growing a successful online community.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• You are a community geek on top of the latest community channels and trends, creative, and detail oriented.
Bonus Points If You.
• Are fluent in Spanish or French.
• Experience in running eBusiness daily activities.
