At ING we are looking for Credit risk analystYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Credit risk Analyst to join our Credit Risk Tools Team of Retail Credit Risk.Credit Risk Tools Department is compounded by a team of specialists in charge of managing ING’s retail portfolio risk during the whole credit cycle with a clear data-driven perspective, and In addition to implementing, testing and goes alive all the policy changes in the credit risk tools. The collaboration with numerous departments of the bank and the current range of products and projects–particularly on the innovation and regulation side- allow for a challenging, varied and multi-disciplinary work environment.Your key responsibilities:For us, a Credit Risk Tools, Risk policies Analyst is someone who:Provides effective support to the Business in developing and maintaining credit policies and procedures in the credit risk tools to ensure sustainable lending growth and full compliance with Group Policies and Local regulations.Prepares regular reporting ensuring data quality and delivery timelines, to provide the adequate monitoring to identify risk drivers and allow effective decision making to maximize growth under healthy KPIs.Performs ad-hoc portfolio analysis in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Understands industry trends and determines macroeconomic factors impacting fundamental credit drivers, as well as to share and develop market’s best practices in lending products and risk management.Ensures portfolio’s credit quality moves within defined Risk Appetite levels and proposes corrective actions if not.Develop policies in credit risk engines, detect inconsistencies between products and ensure the quality of data in credit operations.What are we looking for?You have a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business and Engineering or similar.Full proficiency in Excel, SAS and SQL.Other programming languages such as JAVA would be welcome.Your communication skills enable you to work together with many different parties throughout our organization.Willing and able to learn and to improve your technical and your interpersonal skills.Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.At least 1 year of experience in in Credit Risk or Data Analytics, from banking or consultancyWhat do we offer?The time you spend at work, the challenges you face or the lessons you get are very important, but… What about your personal life?
