Keep reading!Job DescriptionAs a CRO Specliast you will focus on extracting insights from data coming from web analytics tools and other platforms evaluating and identifying opportunities applicable to CRO in our client’s web site. Working closely to SEO team, you’ll analyze search data and Analytics to provide tremendous insights into the motivations of consumers, leading projects that’s on the cutting edge of search technology and search engine marketing strategies. Focus on: Web data analysis, troubleshooting and opportunity identification.How you would spend your day:Analyzing web data, solving problems and identifying opportunities using web analytics tools.Generating valuable insights applicable to businessAudience segmentation:Understanding who are and how are the best people to target from a communications perspective to better target Paid campaigns.Discovering new valuable audiences from a business perspective by analyzing standard reports available across platformsCRO and user experienceA/B testing to improve user experience and website conversion ratesDefine a testing roadmap and conduct testing together with the development team.Define use cases: from the strategic phase (business objective, initial hypothesis) to the activation phase and measurement framework (KPI definition, tracking and reporting).QualificationsThat you are able to work as a team, collaborating with areas such as: SEO, UX, development and the account team to achieve the objectives set in the project. We believe that you may be suitable for the position if:Do you work or have worked in the area of ​​UX, Paid or Digital Analyst and you like to analyze strategies to improve final conversionsYou have advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager and other analytical toolsYou extract insights from user navigation/behavior to propose actions focused on optimizing conversion and interaction and improving UX.Advanced experience in defining and implementing CRO strategies: hypotheses, audiences, implementation, activation, monitoring, analysis and final implementation of tests.Finally, we positively value:Configuring and implementing web analytics tools, deploying reflectors, configuring events, targets, views or filters, and detecting website data analytics issues.Building reports with Looker, Power BI and/or other data visualization toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail. Highly analytical mindset and ability to identify patterns, trends and insights that drive performance-based decision making.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and make quick and intelligent decisions. Basic tools/technologies:Google Analytics - GA4 high levelGoogle Ads CRO/Usability tools:Heatmaps and Eye tracking: configuration / insights extraction (Hotjar, Crazyegg and others).Google Optimize as a CRO tool (knowledge of other A/B testing CRO tools would be an asset).Additional InformationWhy join us?
