Job Summary We are looking for an intern to provide support to Iberia Customer Service Team, with main responsibility in providing to our customers with Quality Standard Documentation (Specifications, Certificates, Statements etc.) related to Packaging & Additional Material, plus support on order management and/or designs activities, for Spanish, Portuguese and Angola’ customers.
This is a paid internship opportunity for a 2 or 3 months period.
You will be contracted through a Business School or University agreement, and your location will be in Arganda del Rey (Madrid).
What you will do   During your internship you will.
Be responsible to provide customers with Quality Documents.
This Documentation is available at different Tetra Pak sources.
You will be guided and trained on how to get them.
It might also required to be in contact with other dpts, with different suppliers to get information or support to identify what customer needs.
Give support to Customer Service & Design team in operational activities (sales orders, delivery order, designs), liaising these activities with different production factories and coordinating logistic activities, to assure customer receive material on time, in full and assuring the quality.
We believe you have   You’re studying a High Education degree  Have an advance level of English & Spanish language (spoken and written) Portuguese language is a plus  Have MS Office advanced level.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Have Ability to work in a team & prioritization of tasks  You’re able to work under stress and act decisively and effective as problem solver, pro-active, persistent, and highly adaptable to change.
