Es treballa en una cuina oberta showcooking, sense carta fixa, únicament amb el peix fresc del dia i una varietat de carn de vaca madurada.
L'aforament del restaurant és de 12pax..

Les teves **FUNCIONS** seran:.
- Organitzar la mise en place del producte.
neteja i preparació dels peixos i mariscs..
- Preparar exposició a la vitrina dels peixos i mariscs frescos i la carn..
- Cuinar els diferents plats i dues postres..
- Netejar i mantenir ordenada la zona de treball i els estris..
- Treballar amb producte de primera qualitat..
- Realitzar comandes a proveïdors..
- Recepcionar i emmagatzemar la matèria prima..
- Aportar noves idees i suggeriments de plats..
- Mantenir comunicació directa amb els clients..
- Formar part d'un equip de 2pax....

**REQUISITS**:.
- Formació mínima.
ESO/EGB - Valorable CFGM o CFGS de cuina i gastronomia.
- Experiència mínima.
2 anys com a cuiner/a.
- Molt valorable experiencia previa en marisqueria o en restaurants especialitzats en peix..
- Idiomes.
**IMPRESCINDIBLE** català i castellà per comunicació amb el client..
- Residir a Hospitalet o rodalies.
Experiencia.
Se requiere Idiomas.
