CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (ASICS) WITH NATIVE ENGLISH - TEMPORARY POSITION

ASICS is a multinational and world-famous sports brand that manufactures clothing and equipment for both professional athletes and sports lovers. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a sporty and positive attitude to join their team in Barcelona. Together with their young and dynamic team, you will offer the best possible experience for customers all over the EMEA region.
Tasks
Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales)
Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided
Requirements
Native level of English
Advanced level of another language will be a plus
Able to work from Barcelona
Enjoy taking care of and helping people
Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
Team player who is also able to work independently
Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive
Good communication skills
Passionate about sports
Eager to learn
