CYBER SECURITY ADVISOR (HYBRID SETUP)

As the Cyber Security Advisor, you'll support the processes within the security advisory and architecture team.
What's more, you will be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
About the team    The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re.
We are responsible for engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk and compliance.
We define and advance the company's security strategy.
As part of the Security Team, the Security Advisors shape the security of Swiss Re's infrastructure and network domains and is the unit of choice for security-related guidance on any IT project in the company.
We are looking for an experienced security professional who will help us streamline and improve several cyber security processes and is eager to grow into a more senior cyber security advisory or architecture-oriented role.
In your role, you will    Be someone who believes in continuous innovation, is curious and relentless in finding a better way every day.
Work with various business IT teams to validate and approve their security requirements in the field of authorisation, network access or endpoint security.
Create risk analysis for simple IT solutions to verify that they follow Swiss Re security requirements and industry best practices.
Provide guidance and advise to business IT teams on how to best keep their systems secure.
Your qualifications    Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements.
If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are curious about the world of cyber security we will be more than happy to meet you!    What we need from you    •    The ability to communicate and collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders effectively – from clients to IT security teams and management.
•    Degree or qualification in IT-related subject area or equivalent technical experience   •    Several years of experience in one of the following domains of cyber security.
o    Network Security  o    Application Security  o    Identity and Access Management   o    Endpoint Security  o    Cloud Computing  o    Experience working with enterprise IT processes (ITSM, CMDB, scrum) and tools (ServiceNow, Confluence)    Nice-to-have  •    Security certifications from Microsoft (AZ-500 or SC-300)/network security vendors/vendor-neutral alternatives.
