We are making significant strategic investments that will not only decrease our own environmental footprint, but also help customers adapt to long-term environmental and social change through the development of cleaner, greener solutions.Arxada is seeking a Cyber Security Lead who will be a technical leader to support the implementation and integration of security solutions through purposeful design and planning.Essential Job Functions:• Understand areas of risk exposure in technology design and identify measures to protect the integrity of the company’s information systems and data.• Assist cross-functionally with corrective actions to mitigate and reduce risk and identify measures to protect the integrity of the company’s information systems and data.• Lead the partner team in areas of Vul. Mgt. WAF, MDE, MDC, CASB, etc.• Lead the design, implementation, and testing of security solutions and services (including both production support and associated documentation).• Establish and lead the penetration testing and RTSE programs.• Lead security IT Tabletop Exercises.• Conduct cyber assessments of core corporate and production systems. • Manage the technical evaluations to identify coverage gaps in existing information security toolsets. • Work cross-functionally to effectively manage and develop security monitoring, sensor enrichment, and tuning solutions. • Respond to and investigate Cyber Security Operations Center and security tooling alerts (e.g., EDR).• Secure configuration management (partnering with OT Security Engineer, as needed) - proactively monitor security levels of IT/cloud systems and establish baseline security models, including patching, vulnerabilities, CIS, and endpoint controls. • Participate in architecture and design reviews with IT and development/DevOps staff to incorporate effective security standards into the design.• Support Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g., SAML/SSO, MFA, Zero Trust design principles).Qualification and experience• BA/BS degree in Information Security or Computer Science• 5+ years of Cyber Security experience• Demonstrated managerial aptitude and leadership prowess• Fluent in English communication skills • Proficiency in fast-paced environments and adeptness in interfacing with diverse management levels• Exceptional analytical acumen with a focus on data-driven continuous improvement• Beneficial to have familiarity with NIST standardsArxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
