D365 CUTOVER LEAD

Broster Buchanan are partnered with a global leader in the medical diagnostics field who are currently in the midst of a very exciting global D365 F&O implementation, and are looking for an ERP Cutover Lead to join and help with the planning, management and execution of the deployment phases. This role would suit someone with a strong background in complex ERP implementations, ideally with enterprise scale ERPs (D365, SAP, Oracle etc) across multiple countries.The role will be based in either Barcelona or Porto which is where their 2 centres of excellence are located and offers flexible working, with 2-8 days onsite per month and the rest remote. A salary of €70k - €100k + up to 20% discretionary bonus is also on offer.Responsibilities:The planning, management and execution of the deployment activities to deliver a smooth transition to the new system/applicationsCollaboration with the project manager, change, functional and technical teams to establish overall quality and implementation readinessDevelopment of approach for handling legacy systems, release and deployment strategy, deployment planning and execution (mock, dress rehearsal and final production), data migration planning, execution and defining business start up operationsEnsuring cutoffs, blackout periods are understood and, where needed, impact on 3rd parties are understood and can be communicated.Requirements:Experience of running complex, multi functional cutover activities as part of an enterprise scale ERP transformation.
