D365 FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT SCM/INV

Broster Buchanan are partnered with a global leader in the medical diagnostics field who are currently in the midst of a very exciting global D365 F&O implementation, and are looking for a D365 SCM/INV Functional Lead to join and help with the system design, configuration and architecture. This role would suit someone with a strong background in leading similar enterprise level D365 F&O implementations across multiple countries and a strong functional understanding of the SCM and particularly INV modules.The role will be based in either Barcelona or Porto which is where their 2 centres of excellence are located and offers flexible working, with 2-8 days onsite per month and the rest remote. A salary of €70k - €90k + up to 20% discretionary bonus is also on offer.Responsibilities:Provides module based expertise to review business requirements, define application solutions and provide challenges to ensure standardisation (adopt not adapt).Review/complete Functional Design Document, configuration, unit test, support data design and reconciliation for support releasesProvide support to process teams and users during SIT and UAT as needed during country deployments.Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Utilise methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar to drive continuous improvement.Work closely with initially Process Leads, and then as appropriate finance, procurement, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure project alignment and integration.Act as the primary point of contact for functional issues and inquiries.Collaborate with all teams to achieve project objectives, including 3rd party and support organisations.Develop and utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance.Generate regular reports on project status, process metrics, and improvement initiatives.Conduct root cause analysis for system inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.Ensure processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and improvements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and process documentation.Provide training and support to team members and technology functional capabilities as requiredRequirements:Excellent understanding of leading processes and best practise for an enterprise level D365 F&O implementation, with a strong functional/technical understanding of the INV moduleProven expertise in the functional and technical capabilities of D365 F&O, including understanding complex needs and designing appropriate solutionsExperience with process improvement methodologies and tools in the context of technology change projects.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments across different countries successfullyVery strong requirements gathering skills with an understanding of how to manage and lead requirements gathering for an enterprise scale ERP implementationBenefits:25 days holiday + 1 day for Christmas + 1 day for EasterContribution towards public pensionPrivate health care with the option to upgrade level of coverTax free meal/transport card topped up per monthIf you are interested please click apply and share your CV.
