About this position As a valuable member of our global team, your primary role is to facilitate communication and coordination of AI tools and solutions updates across the organization.
You will ensure visibility of all AI initiatives, track DART workflow progress, aggregate feedback from champions and enablers, and communicate effectively to foster collaboration and efficiency.
Key responsibilities Communicate updates on DART, AI tools, and solutions to all stakeholders.
Ensure visibility of AI initiatives across TD SYNNEX through effective communication channels.
Track DART workflow progress and report on milestones and achievements.
Aggregate feedback and insights from DART champions and enablers.
Assist in writing and maintaining documentation related to AI initiatives and workflows.
What we are kindly looking for Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions among diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Experience in project coordination, preferably in a technology or AI-related environment.
