Sus funciones serán.
DATA ANALYST Proporcionar soporte a la Dirección Comercial y responsables de negocio.
Apoyar en la Planificación de la actividad comercial.
Crear y mantener bases de datos de ventas, clientes y prospects.
Crear y mantener informes/dashboards.
Realizar auditoría de datos.
o Revisión de la calidad de los datos.
o Revisión de la correcta a aplicación de precios a clientes.
Mantener sitios web Sharepoint.
CRM (SALESFORCE) Crear informes/dashboards en CRM Salesforce.
Depurar y mantener datos maestros/as en la base de datos.
Realizar seguimiento periódico de acciones/correcciones conjuntas.
Gestionar usuarios Brindar soporte técnico/a (Help desk).
Ofrecer formaciones Crear tareas en el sistema.
SALES SUPPORT Dar soporte en la gestión del pricing a Managers.
Crear presentaciones de ventas y plantillas utilizando PowerPoint.
Realizar cálculos para evaluar la rentabilidad y seguimiento de las actividades comerciales.
Realizar cálculos para la planificación y seguimiento de las actividades comerciales.
Ejecutar todas aquellas funciones inherentes a su puesto que sean requeridas.
Requisitos Formación relacionada con ADE/Economía o similar (Estadística/IT) Experiencia mínima 2/3 años en posición similar Dominio del paquete Office 365, especialmente con nivel avanzado en Excel y PowerPoint Conocimientos macros VBA Fluidez en inglés Beneficios variable, flexibilidad horaria
