Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Data & Analytics Consultant.Main functions:Participation in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design tasks.Data Integration: Collecting data from a wide variety of corporate databases. Creating effective, reliable, and robust ETL processes that govern the data ingestion flow.Data Modeling: Designing database models, consistent table structures, and advanced dimensional schemes that meet data quality and consistency standards.Descriptive (what happened?), predictive (what will happen?), and prescriptive (what should I do?) data analysis.Data Visualization: You will help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into business indicators.You will use world-class data visualization tools such as CRM Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to present results in a compelling way.Presenting business findings to a non-technical audience.Supporting and training end-users.Requirements:Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in ETL processes.Experience in a similar position of more than 2 years.Experience in BI tools.(Power BI, CRM Analytics Salesforce, Tableau)Experience in databases.High level of English.Experience in SQL Queries.Desirable:Experience in CRM Analytics (Salesforce)Experience in Salesforce What do we offerPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
