We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in data and/or technology.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are translated into effective solutions that meet the client requirements.
Key Responsibilities.
Utilize structured best practice methodologies to comprehend business needs, target benefits, and priorities.
Plan and lead requirements workshops to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Capture and document business requirements in a structured format, enabling our tech team (including 3rd party solution providers) to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Collaborate with our in-house and the client tech teams to ensure the best possible solution is designed.
Assist in the creation of comprehensive test cases (technical and business) to ensure robust solution validation.
Ensure the correct development of solutions supporting the development team and business stakeholders throughout the project’s lifecycle Manage the review and sign-off/approval of documented requirements, ensuring adherence to defined business analysis/document standards and alignment with our tech team's output.
Take charge of delivering a variety of projects, showcasing your expertise in diverse domains and complex scenarios.
Requirements.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Data Analytics, or in any similar area.
Experience working in similar position for 1-2 years.
Problem solving skills and drive to tackle challenges.
Solid communication skills.
Working knowledge of AI domain.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
