Enterprise Data & AnalyticsWhat will you do within our Data Strategy & Governance practice?The mission of our Data Strategy & Governance team is to assist and support clients in the development of data governance processes, ensuring the quality, robustness and integrity of their data and data sources; guaranteeing that business stakeholders, analysts and data scientists can have agile and timely access to quality data, essential to establish the consequent processes of decision making, advanced analytics and innovation. Professional profile:Experience in MDM projects and its frameworks and best practicesProven real knowledge and experience in Data Governance and Data Quality projectsExpertise in real technical implementation of MDM strategy and solutionsKnowledge of SAP MDM and others MDM solutions is desirable: TIBCO, Informatica MDM, IBM, Stibo...Experience in the following tasks will make your application outstanding:Identifying and analyze data (including the MDM ecosystem), gap-analysis (as-is vs vision + state of the art)Definition of innovative, disruptive (AI, GenAI...) and sustainable (macro use cases) ambitions, including business as usual.Creation of Data Harmonization Strategy, key compliance/regulatory/SOX considerations related to data.Defining Data Flow Macro ManagementIdentication and definition of valuable use cases (AI, data sharing, advanced analytics, etc.) ideation, qualification and prioritization, value trackingFraming and prioritizing use cases based on existing digital core capabilities to create the implementation roadmap.Defining the Operating Model, Governance of Data Platforms, data governance principles (roles, responsibilities, comitology, decision-making bodies)Taxonomy Construction: Mapping and prioritizing data/master data domains and assessing their maturity, assigning Data Domain OwnersDefining data ontologies and shape data models (e.g., define product hierarchy.Create a data change management plan (including democratizing data product accessibility and data literacy).Knowledge and certifications in any of the following tools will be a plus: Experience with cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP).Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other visualization solutions.Knowledge of Data Governance tools (Purview, Informatica Axon, EDC, Collibra, IBM WKC, Talend, etc.) Location:Madrid (possibility of telecommuting up to 80% of the working day)
