Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Quality Data Steward that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.As a Steward for Enterprise Data Governance you will be supporting the Global Capacity Owner (GCO) for Enterprise Data Governance in Customer Experience Excellence.In this support role, you will be the point of contact for interaction on Assets on EDG platform for Regions/Countries and IT, taking on the role of being a liaison.You will be supporting the definition of the process’s on the platform, this includes structured training and communication.Role and Responsibility As a Business Quality Steward, you support the GCO on Enterprise Data Governance tool in ensuring the quality of Assets on the platform, the process are well defined, documented and adhered to by users.Some of the key tasks includePlatform and solution developmentProcess monitoringAsset monitoringSupport enhancement development and testing on platformProcess definitionTrainingLiaison with IT and RegionsIT LiaisonLiaison with IT to support product and solution enhancement and Regional supportR/OPU supportLiaison with Regions to manage Assets, process and trainingExperience / Skills neededExcellent communication and People skillsAdept in Collibra (or other Metadata management tool), Microsoft Platforms and common business tools like, MS Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience working with Data governance roles and responsibilities.Managing international / Regional Business ownersProcess development, training course ware developmentExperience in training and user supportNice to have – experience in a Global Pharmaceutical companyIdeally experience in Data management in Pharma industryCollibra as a business toolResponsibilities:Project manager and Business Analyst for internal ProjectOur project has the goal of optimizing the service operations process and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, provide reporting/forecasting transparency, and tracking SLAsAs a project manager, the expectations are to manage the project scope, timelines and communications.As a business analyst, the expectations are to work with the service owners, product owners and the delivery unit to identify the requirements for the project and to ensure that the project will meet its desired objective and outcomesManaging Operational tasks for the Service Ops PlatformsSupport the day to day operations of the Service Ops PlatformsSupport the onboarding and training process for Production PartnersExperienceExperience in Project Management and Business Analyst role in IT sector.Experience with service operations processes: global, customer-centric scenario, process mapping and requirements gathering.Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and Service Now.Excellent Excel skillsExperience in SCRUM enviroments.
