Data Analytics and Insights.
Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Business Intelligence reports.
Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis initiatives.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Project Oversight.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership 4.
Technology and Tools.
Evaluate and implement new data tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities.
Ensure the efficient use of existing data infrastructure and tools.
Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices.

Compliance and Security.
Ensure data practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
What skills and attitudes are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field; master’s preferred 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science roles Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Spark or SQL Expertise in data visualization tools (e.
., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms as Azure, AWS or Snowflake Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modelling techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving data-informed decision making.
Minimum B2 level in English.

Knowledge and experience in AI Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Knowledge in project management tools and software (e.
., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) is a plus.
