In fact, three out of four cars nowadays, have interiors made by Antolin.With over 140 plants in 26 countries, Antolin has achieved this strong industry presence through over seventy years of working with our customers in order to develop a complete cycle of component manufacturing, from their conception and design, through the development and validation stages, to their industrialisation and sequenced delivery.Mission: You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's data strategy to harness the value of data to make data driven decisions.Responsibilities: Develop and lead the organization's data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring that data is a strategic asset.Oversee the collection, storage, processing, and management of company data, ensuring its quality, integrity, and security.Ensure that the company complies with data privacy regulations and other legal requirements related to data handling.Drive data analytics to make data-driven decisions, identify use cases, trends, opportunities, and challenges.Look for opportunities to use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other advanced technologies to get the most out of company data.Work closely with other departments, such as IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure that data is used effectively across the organization.Foster a data culture in the company, promoting data-driven decision-making and data literacy among employees.
