This role is pivotal in ensuring that the cloning process adheres to all requirements, meets deadlines, and allows for continuous improvements.
You will work closely with a 3rd party vendor conducting the cloning and take ownership of data governance processes, data quality rules, and the review of technical solutions.
Additionally, you will define an operating model to support future finance evaluations.
ey Responsibilities.
versee the Finance Database Cloning Project.
Ensure the 3rd party vendor's cloning process aligns with business requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
takeholder Management.
Act as the main point of contact between the 3rd party vendor, internal finance teams, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
eview and Approve Designs.
Evaluate design and technical solutions proposed by the vendor, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
uggest Improvements.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving the cloning process and related workflows.
ssue Resolution.
Support the resolution of any technical or process-related issues during the cloning process.
efine Data Governance Processes.
Establish and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
ata Quality Rules.
Develop and enforce data quality rules that ensure the integrity and accuracy of the cloned data.
evelop Operating Model.
Define and document a future-state operating model to manage and evolve the finance database in line with future needs.
equirements.
xperience.
Proven experience as a Data Product Lead or Product Owner, preferably in finance-related projects.
inancial KPIs.
Strong understanding of financial KPIs and finance data management, though deep expertise is not mandatory.
Experience managing a finance database cloning project is highly preferred.
onsulting Background.
A management consulting profile with experience in financial services or technology consulting is a plus.
echnical Skills.
roficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing and management.
xperience with Informatica for data integration and governance.
roject Management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional teams.
ommunication Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
