Hays is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, TOP 10 pharma with more than 146 affiliates around the world and 47 employees, of which 1,600 are located in Spain.They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.We are looking for a Data Product Owner. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that the right data is ingested into the CDP in a way that aligns with business needs. The specialist works closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their use cases and translate them into actionable requirements.What would your duties be?Data Modelling and Architecture Understanding: The specialist must be well-versed in data modelling principles and understand the architecture of the CDP.Effective Communication and Collaboration: Close collaboration with different stakeholders is essential for successful data enablement.Data Transformations: The specialist should be skilled in transforming raw data into usable formats.Success Metrics: Understanding and measuring the impact of data enablement efforts on business outcomes.Empowering Power Users: Ensuring that power users have the necessary tools and access to leverage data effectively.Data Readiness for Marketing Automation: Ensuring that the CDP is prepared from a data perspective to support marketing automation.Defining data product requirements and objectives.Coordinating with data teams to develop and maintain data products.Monitoring data product performance and usage.Understanding of the automation of business functions and processes.Supervision of the development stages and communications.Which are the requirements for this position?Understand data technologies like data warehouses, databases, and data lakes.Understanding of content, context and capabilities related to data enablement.Understanding of data architecture and modelling linking those to business needs.Data driven decision making. Use data for informed decision-making by collecting and analyzing relevant information.Problem-solving skills.Fluent English is mandatory.Solid experience at Tableau, SQL.What we offer?Participate in international projects.Young and dynamic environment.Hybrid model - Office located in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).Flexible Schedule – Monday to Friday from 8/9 to 5/6.Buffet onsite.We are looking for people who are passionate about technology!
