Right now, we are looking for Data Protection and Compliance Counsel to join our team at Sportian! You will get the chance to.
Management of Records of Processing Activities (RATs) Adaptation of procedures involving personal data to current regulations (LOPD and GDPR) Drafting of informational clauses and confidentiality commitments Drafting of contracts with third parties Collaborating with the security and compliance department Resolving any queries from the entity on the subject Impact assessments concerning LOPD.
Provide guidance and legal advice on global regulatory compliance, focusing on Data Privacy, AML, Anti-corruption, and Ethics, to internal areas such as HR, Sales, and Senior Management.
Analyze local regulations and implement appropriate compliance processes and procedures.
Implement policies and procedures aimed at ensuring regulatory compliance in Data Privacy, AML, Anti-corruption, and Ethics.
Review business opportunities to identify and adequately mitigate risks associated with compliance issues.
Advise executives and company directors on compliance matters.
Conduct compliance risk assessments.
Support the execution of compliance reviews and audits.
Conduct internal training on regulatory compliance.
What will help you succeed.
University degree or higher in Law.
Specialized Master's Degree in LOPD (Data Protection) Experience in a law firm in the areas identified above.
C1 level English proficiency.
Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry Strong communication skills.
