DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST - TRAINEE

Sterling Technology, a TransPerfect company, is seeking a dedicated Data Quality Assurance Specialist (Trainee) to join our client services team in Madrid. This office-based role involves producing data archives onto USBs with meticulous attention to detail and under time-sensitive pressure. The ideal candidate should be naturally organized, diligent, possess a keen attention to detail, and excel under pressure. They should also be tech-savvy, enjoy working as part of a team, and be comfortable interacting with clients. Full training will be provided as part of the onboarding process.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PMLocation: Gran Via, Madrid, SpainDuration: Up to 12 months, in accordance with legal constraintsKindly note that this is an office based position in Madrid. When applying, please send your CV in English.Key Responsibilities:Create data archives from virtual data rooms onto secure USBs and hard drives.Perform data reconciliation and quality checks after data transfers to ensure a zero-error margin.Ensure the accuracy and security of data transferred.Maintain detailed records of archive production activities.Communicate with clients via email and occasionally by phone regarding archive creation.Collaborate with colleagues in Malaga, London, and India to ensure seamless service delivery.Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven attention to detail and diligent working habits.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.Proficiency in using data management software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have completed corresponding studies within the last three years.Must not have exceeded the maximum duration of previous trainee contracts in accordance with Spanish labor laws.
