Are you a Data Reconciliation SME seeking a new interesting challenge? 🔍If your answer is yes, this might be just what you're looking for! 👀✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:Review and update process maps and materials, transitioning from the existing NVS processes to those required.Prepare detailed system documentation, including technical designs based on project requirements and decisions.Develop and deliver presentations, communication materials, and change management content to support the transition.Create and update knowledge articles to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of HR processes.Design data reconciliation solutions, create end-user documentation, and provide training to ensure accurate data integration between SAP HR Core and Workday.Provide technical solutions to business challenges, defining the technical architecture and best practices for data management and integration.Collaborate with HCM SMEs and Data Reconciliation project teams to ensure proper data mapping, transformation, and standardization.Guide and support implementation teams in resolving technical issues, particularly in Alteryx and Python.🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?Bachelor’s/University degree in a relevant fieldNative Spanish Language and Advanced level of EnglishMinimum 6 years of experience in HR process management, data reconciliation, and technical consulting.Proficiency in Alteryx and Python programming.Experience with SAP HR Core and Workday, particularly in data integration and reconciliation.Strong background in data management, data engineering, and governance best practices.Ability to work effectively in a multi-vendor environment.Excellent written and verbal communication and strong documentation skillsPrevious experience working with HR systems, particularly in environments transitioning or integrating processes and data between SAP HR and Workday. (highly valued)Proven ability to consult on and implement best practices in data management and governance.
