We are knowmad mood!If you want to be a part of our evolution and drive real change in the IT world by developing projects driven by innovation and bringing together the digital strategy of the business with the technical skills and expertise, this offer might interest you!What are we looking for?We are looking for an Insights Team leader who will be responsible for managing and lead a team (4-6 persons) of data scientists, with the aim of delivering high-quality analysis and Insights to bust the performance of all areas of the company.The candidate will work closely to business representatives at all levels across the organization and the Operatives Companies, partnering with engineering, data analysts and other roles.Key requirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience (2+ years) building and leading team, identifying gaps in expertise and developing team members to their potential.
