This role is crucial for interpreting complex data and transforming it into information that can drive our strategic decisions.Role and responsibilities:Data Analysis. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and use statistical and mathematical techniques to interpret the data and solve complex problems.Run data science models in production environment Development of Predictive Models and Advanced Analytics. Use machine learning techniques and statistical modeling to predict future trends and conduct advanced analyses, such as segmentation analysis or predictive analytics, to support specific business strategies.Data Collection and Cleaning. Gather data from various internal and external sources, clean and process it to ensure its quality and accuracy.Development and Maintenance of Data Systems. Create and maintain databases and systems for efficient and secure data storage, ensuring that the data is accessible and protected.Data Reporting and Visualization. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings clearly and effectively to different audiences, and regularly present the results of the analysis to stakeholders to support decision-making.Qualifications and training requirements:Academic Background: Ideally a Bachelor's or degree in Computer Science or Mathematics, and a Master's related to Data Science or Business Analytics5 years of relevant work experience in a technical field that involves software developmentExperience in Machine Learning and Predictive AnalysisBe familiar with the latest developments and possibilities in the field of ML & AIProgramming Languages: Proven experience in Python and RDatabases: Proven experience in SQL, especially for data manipulation and analysis (queries, data cleaning, and processing)Data Visualization: Knowledge of visualization tools such as matplotlib, ggplot2, plotly, etc., to convey insights from data and generate dashboards or periodic reports on available dataIdeally experience with platforms such as Tableau or Power BIExperience in project management and participation in collaborative teamsKnowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, KanbanHigh level of English (C1)Desirable Skills:Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.Understanding of basic statistical concepts and capacity for interpreting and evaluating big data modelsAbility to understand the company's objectives and how data can contribute to achieving themEffective communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into accessible and useful information for non-technical stakeholdersInterest in technology and continuous learningAre you ready to join a team that is making a difference in the world of satellite communications?
