We are looking for a Demand Planner who will ensure accurate demand forecasting, smooth inventory management, and efficient product buying!

Your responsibilities 🚀
Product Buyer
•
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to forecast product demand and ensure supply aligns with market trends.
•
Define and implement purchase plans to support business growth and align with sales forecasts.
•
Decide on total quantities and the distribution of products by size, color, and other attributes when placing purchase orders.
•
Follow up daily sales and forecast variations to update production plan
Stock Manager
•
Own and manage inventory across all warehouses, ensuring optimal stock levels that align with sales forecasts and business objectives and propose inter-warehouse transfers if needed
•
Decide on transport methods from factory to warehouse in coordination with the logistics manager to meet availability objectives while optimizing costs
•
Collaborate closely with the sales team to redefine and align discount strategies for commercial campaigns aimed at balancing stock, while actively monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts and ensure consistent product availability.
•
Co-develop a stock liquidation strategy with the finance and sales teams once the season ends, ensuring effective implementation and margin optimization throughout the process.
Data Specialist
•
Analyze sales data, forecasts, and market trends to provide actionable insights and improve demand planning accuracy.
•
Build and maintain forecasting models, continuously refining processes to adapt to changing business needs.
•
Participate in the definition, proposal, and implementation of new and improved dashboards and tools for demand forecasting and inventory follow-up, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all product-related dashboards.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure data-driven decision-making and alignment with business goals.
What are we looking for?🕵️
•
You are advanced in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•
Spanish nice to have but not mandatory!
•
You have a Degree in Maths, Engineering, or a related field.
•
At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, managing a high volume of references
•
You are recognized for your analytical thinking, attention to detail and teamwork
•
You are proficient with the Microsoft Office package
