Deputy International Markets & Partnerships Director Something Extraordinary Every Day™As Deputy International Markets & Partnerships Director you will work closely with the Director working across our source and tourism markets and across all our local and global partnerships to drive footfall and meet sales objectives.What you will be doingYou will be responsible to inspire and guide a team You will be responsible of the strategy development and implementation for all segments (FIT, Leisure, MICE, HNW) in international markets Develop and implement B2B2C partnerships strategy with financials, mobility and travel partners in international markets to deal negotiation, sign-off and launch specific campaigns dedicated.You will work together with the Partnerships and International markets Central Teams to track performance of partners and campaigns.Work closely and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders in across the business functions to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up business opportunities. To be successful with us, you’ll have:5 years’ work experience in a similar role in the international tourism/hospitality industryExperience ideally gained from a retail/hospitality business in the premium/luxury sector A strategic mindset but capable of managing multiple simultaneous requests from senior internal stakeholders. The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple business leads simultaneouslyProficiency in language skills in both English and Spanish spoken and written.The ability to travel.
