DESIGNER

Specialized and experience in Product Design of sheet metal, die casting  Excellent skills in CAD Design software CATIA V5 (Primary software)  Very good Knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, Stack ups  Experience of BOM creation, release and management on SAP PLM  Should have good knowledge & experience in designing complex products, sheet metal parts, GDC, HPDC, Ferrous castings  Good knowledge of manufacturing & machining process to prepare designs  Good knowledge of automotive parts product Design.
Passenger/CV, Petrol/Diesel application  Knowledge of emission systems, regulations will be an added advantage.
 Basic knowledge of CAE, CFD Vibration & Fatigue.
 Basic knowledge of Engines & Thermodynamics.
