Your place in the team  Responsible for the delivery of L2 Support of Vodafone Hungary Office IT Desktop Services, to support internal and external users in incident and request handling.
Provide second level support and troubleshooting.
Provide second level support, assist for remote or direct (on-site) troubleshooting with in close collaboration with the 1L (Service Desk/Desktop Services) according to the expected service levels.
The Office IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for providing specialized knowledge and expertise in office IT systems and solutions.
This role involves advising on best practices, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting the implementation and optimization of IT services across the organization.
The SME will work closely with various departments to ensure the efficient and effective use of office IT resources.
You will be involved in the following tasks     Office IT Services •Handles the incidents and requests, keeps the administration of information regarding errors up-to-date.
•Assure that all Requests / Incidents are handled and managed according to Office IT policies •Solves most of the incoming non routine problems – especially in connection with office IT or workplace related applications and operation systems – corresponding to the level of his/her knowledge.
•Answers IT requests via phone, email, live chat or instant message and explaining solutions in technical and nontechnical terms.
•Provides high level of advice and solutions to clients with appropriate feedback throughout the whole process.
•Solves non-routine problems and requests too, that require more expertise, in the field of customer-specific applications, desktop computers, company-specific and customer-specific devices and servers as well.
•Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT systems.
•Travels outside of main office sites in Budapest and also on country side locations (e.
.
technical bases or retail network) if needed.
•Actively participates in training junior associates and provides professional assistance to them.
•Participates in projects and support all project related activities to deliver company goals.
•Contributes to the development of the knowledge base of the work team.
•Participates in compilation of fault-diagnosis questionnaires.
•Shares information with colleagues and Office IT management.
•Puts customer satisfaction in focus when acting on behalf of Office IT We are looking for you if you have •Extensive experience in office IT systems and support.
•Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, and hardware.
•Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Analytical and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
•Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
