DEVELOPER - LIFION

ADP Lifion division is hiring a Frontend Developer (React) Are you empathetic to client needs and inspired by transformation and impacting the lives of millions of people every day? In this role, you will be joining the development of our Lifion product, ADP's NextGen Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.
You'll be part of the team responsible for improving the Developer Experience for our Lifion Platform.
Therefore, helping us provide a platform-as-a-service offering that maximizes the ability of application teams to ship, maintain, operate, and enhance market-leading HCM software for national-scale companies operating in any country.
This work will support a mix of internal and external clients.
You'll work with product managers, architects, software engineers, and more, to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that support companies with one to millions of employees.
You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team.
You will spend most of your day designing, developing, and testing your code and supporting your team members.
You will be able to deploy your code in production using automated continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Availability to work in a hybrid work model, reporting directly to our Porto Alegre Office location.
To thrive in this development career, you'll need to have the following.
Solid experience in front-end development using React and its core principles; Experience using JavaScript or Typescript and a good working knowledge of debugging tools; Experienced with MFE development; Should be able to write clean code passing Sonar quality gates; Experience in writing test case coverage; Good understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD processes; Advanced English; As a Developer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success.
You'll have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your expertise with code complexities.
