DIGITAL ANALYST

The Role.
We seek a Digital Analyst to develop and maintain analytical dashboards, optimize campaign measurements, and ensure accurate channel attribution.
The ideal candidate will have a background in digital analytics and a knack for process improvement and data integration.
Key responsibilities.
Creation and Maintenance of Dashboards and Analytical Tools.
Develop and maintain dashboards using various information sources (email marketing, paid media, social media, web) Integrate and use analytical tools (Hotjar, Mouseflow) for funnel analysis and tracking Propose applications and technologies to improve analysis processes Measurement and Optimization of Campaigns.
Implement and maintain data layers and tags via GTM or other tools Configure A/B and multivariate tests (Crazy Egg or other tools) and control UTMs Create alerts to monitor strategic KPIs and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of dashboards for optimizations Reports and Channel Attribution.
Ensure accurate measurement from primary traffic acquisition channels Control UTMs Define and standardize attribution across different channels Assist in the creation of monthly and annual qualitative reports Who you are.
1 year of experience in a digital field is required Education.
Academic background or professional experience in digital analytics and dashboard creation Technical Skills.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge in digital analytics and tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Crazy Egg, SEMrush, or similar Intermediate/advanced knowledge in data integration tools and dashboard creation such as LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Supermetrics, or similar Other Skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken Strong communication skills and the ability to convey vision to various audiences Organized, able to work according to briefings, with agility and under deadlines Knowledge of programming languages like Python and process automation tools like IFTTT are desirable.
Experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing complex integration projects and business application development  Experience in eCommerce environments  Background in Hospitality, tourism, leisure, or e-commerce sectors is a plus What we offer to you.
