What you’ll do This role will be responsible for driving the digital transformation, digital & eCommerce strategies as well as loyalty initiatives across the organization.
We are looking for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of digital trends, customer engagement, and market dynamics.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to propel Vodafone into a digitally advanced and customer-centric organization.
Job Responsibilities Digital Transformation.
Develop and articulate a clear digital transformation strategy aligning the organisation's overall vision, mission and long-term goals.
Digital Strategy.
Orchestrate and execute comprehensive digital strategies across all digital channels such as Apps, Websites and eCommerce, focusing on customer experience and overall business objectives.
Customer Experience.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints, focusing on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) enhancements to maximise conversions and customer satisfactions.
Loyalty Program Management.
Design, implement and manage customer loyalty program to increase customer satisfaction, retention, drive business value and enhance brand loyalty.
eCommerce Operations.
Oversee end-to-end eCommerce operations, including website management, product listings, pricing, inventory and order fulfilment.
Compliance and Security.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain robust cybersecurity for customer data and online transactions.
Budget Management.
Manage all business demands and budget for App, Website, eCommerce and loyalty projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve optimal ROI.
Who you are Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital, loyalty, or eCommerce function, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, eCommerce platforms, and loyalty program management.
Excellent understanding of customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven decision-making with a focus on measurable results.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Advanced degrees, certifications, or specialized training in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related disciplines would be advantageous.
