You will be the key point of contact, helping resolve inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCallbacks:Call back customers promptly.Verify customer identity.Address and resolve inquiries.Document call details accurately.WhatsApp for Business and Live Chat Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer messages and live chat requests.Provide comprehensive product and service information.Assist with order processing, issue resolution, and sales inquiries.Offer real-time support to customers.Maintain detailed records of interactions.Gather and document customer feedback.What makes you unique:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to multi-task effectively.Proficiency with CRM and customer service tools.Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.Attention to detail in all tasks.Multilingual proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Spanish, German, and French.Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.Qualifications:Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.Familiarity with digital communication channels and tools.A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.In ReturnWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including performance bonuses.
