JOB SUMMARYThis position will be key to support the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce team with all the administrative needs. The most important is all the invoice and supplier management through SAP, and he/she will be in touch to different departments within the organization which will give a global vision and help to develop many useful skills.This role will be part of the ecommerce team and will report hierarchically to the Media & Performance heads and functionally to the area controller.EXPERIENCEWorked, conducted an internship or collaborated with a department/area in a company or institutionFamiliar with software programs. PowerPoint . xls, etc) User of Excel filesQUALIFICATIONSBusiness administration Degree, Accounting Technician.Fluency in local language and knowledge of English Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office (Excel),SAP, etc). abilities KEY PRIORITIESInvoice Management:Preparation and management of Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP MM.FI invoices treatment.CAPEX Management.Deferrals/accruals.Payment control (Coordination with Accounts Payable department).Incidents resolution.Cross charges between Central Services of the Business Units and hotels.Establish control mechanisms to avoid any payment issue.Travel expenses control.SAP Management:Register new suppliers and maintenance of the existing ones (fiscal data, bank account, contact person).Register new materials for each supplier according to the service needed.Purchase order creations and review to ensure everything is ok.Additionally: She or he will be exposed to all the ecommerce disciplines, finance & controlling tasks and there could be opportunities to get involved I other projects.
