Digital Marketing InternshipLocation: Barcelona (applicants must be based there, or willing to move for 6 months)Duration: 6 months, starting October 2024Hours: Full time, Monday to FridayThis is an exciting, newly-created internship position which will support Leonid’s Head of Marketing in digital marketing planning and execution. This role will suit someone who is interested in developing their digital marketing skills further and will offer the opportunity to have hands-on experience in delivering key campaigns and a wide range of content. You should be comfortable working autonomously, but support and guidance will always be there, when you need it.The post-holder will be based in our modern Barcelona office, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.Core skills required include: market research, data analysis, teamwork, organisation, collaboration, video editingResponsibilities:Email AutomationAssist with planning and executing email campaigns, using our CRM, and co-ordinate delivery of content from our teamAnalyse campaign data, compile reports and present key findings to the teamPodcastsManage the production and editing of our company podcasts, including creating snippets for social mediaCo-ordinate each podcast project plan to ensure all deliverables are metSocial mediaCreate assets for our social media in CanvaManage the social media calendarResearch relevant news items which our consultants can share on LinkedInContent and SEOProvide research for our white papers and guidesKeyword research for SEO using SEMrushSupport on ad-hoc projects and campaignsInternal Coordination and ReportingReports to our Head of Marketing.Works closely with our Operations AssistantWhat you'll learnHave a comprehensive learning experience from A to Z of how recruitment agencies operate from behind the scenes. At Leonid Group, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a solid foundation in various key areas including market research, email automation, data analysis, and content creation.
