This is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part our Global Product Management team.

We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve Gartner’s customer experience platform.
What you will do.
Product Director is responsible for balancing BU goals with long-term trends and opportunities, and for directing, establishing, maintaining, and planning the overall product strategy.
They own the product from ideation to launch.
Responsible for multiple products - existing and new initiatives Leads the PS discussions with business leaders across BUs and leading to measurable results with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions Provide guidance and leadership to product managers working with design and development teams.
Owner / co-owner of a business area, with ability to flex and adapt between multiple initiatives & goals.
Set the vision for team and identify the next growth avenues Lead storyboarding and problem-solving along with BU leaders Using Product Analytics as one of the inputs to define priorities, set road map for the Product team and enable right scalable analytics.
Ability to leverage data and communications style to influence and/present to senior stakeholders for one and/or multiple products Ensures alignment of strategic vision between team & stakeholders What you will need.
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus 8+ years of experience in digital product management including people management Strong working knowledge and understanding of the application of data science (including machine learning, natural language processing); experience leading scrum teams with Data Scientists will be a plus Strategy or Management Consulting experience valued Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities and experience including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone; and at the same time coach/mentor team members to build a high performing team culture What you will get.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
