ABOUT USMinor Hotels is a global hospitality group operating over 540 hotels, resorts and residences in 56 countries in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and the Americas.As a hotel owner, operator and investor, Minor Hotels fulfils the needs and desires of today’s global travellers through its diverse portfolio of eight hotel brands – Anantara, Avani, Elewana, NH, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks and Tivoli.As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Europe and the Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.JOB SUMMARYAt the Minor Europe and Americas we are looking for a Digital Project Executive / Business Developer, that seeks innovative solutions and opportunities to develop and learn!We are looking for someone to join the Ecommerce Team who will be coordinating ecommerce projects that require strategic, technical and operational planning by applying marketing and business knowledge.Digital Project Executive – Minor Hotels Eu&Am - MadridKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Digital Project Executive / Business Developer will report to an Ecommerce Product Manager and will be managing ecommerce projects.Definition of requirements for these projects, including Business Cases and Business Requirements documents.Analysis, project management and process improvement.Coordination of request and requirements between internal clients (i.e Marketing, Business Intelligence, CRM, etc) IT, partners and external vendors.Follow up of the project´s development through all its phases: functional analysis, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation.Management and prioritization of application incidences and improvements of internal clients.EXPERIENCEAt least 1 year of Project Management, organization and processes.Experience with ecommerce projects.QUALIFICATIONSDegree on Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or similar will be valuable.English – High level (written and spoken).Knowledge of ecommerce project management and analysis.Knowledge of UX and Prototyping.Issue management (Jira, Mantis, Redmine or similar tools).Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture...).General IT knowledge (Databases, CDN, architecture).Ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.Proficiency in maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.Excellent time management and workload balancing.Experience in an international environment.Ability to work with a project management traditional approach, waterfall methodology; Agile methodologies as Scrum will be very valuable.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONLocation: Madrid (Santa Engracia, 120).At the moment, hybrid working model (3 days at office – 2 days at home).TEAM MEMBER BENEFITSAt Minor Hotels Europe & Americas we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
