DIGITAL SALES PRODUCT LEAD

Role Purpose We have a new stream “ app native” in the digital sales tribe.
He will be responsible for the native app experience of the eshop on AVA Role Profile Own and drive the Roadmap definition creating customer centric user stories and adding them to the team backlog Work closely with the UX design team to define the primary design concepts.
Manage the creation and maintenance of business flows to maximize the business benefit of the product and features.
Be part of the team, and participating in all the meetings as planning, retrospective and review.
Work closely with the Development team and act as a single point of business contact to the Development team.
Maintain and analyze the E-shop stats and KPI’s to constantly improve the quality and product success.
Work closely with product stakeholders to solve any related problems and implement any new features and enhancements Core Competencies and Qualifications    Highly analytical, results oriented, with a strong process/flow builder and data driven decisions.
Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged development periods Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with product data analysis and research (Big Data knowledge, Data visualization, User Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis).
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
Experience with Agile development  Experience and background in a complex multi business environment essential  Business specification and detailed design documentation.
