DIGITAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ITALIAN & FRENCH SPEAKER)

Your team will be focused on helping our customers to achieve their goals through a seamless digital buying experience! This role is hybrid—you can use our office spaces but are not required to come in a specific number of days per week.
You may occasionally attend an office-based meeting or workshop.
Position Overview Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' challenges and goals through inbound calls and MQL's (Marketing Qualified Leads), to sell our solutions digitally.
We work with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market.
We develop and transact digital deals whilst also nurturing long-lasting relationships between our customers and Autodesk.
In cases where there is more specialised and in-depth discovery required, we continue to collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives as they guide the deal to close.
You will be target-based with fun incentives and a over achievable compensation plan, and you will report into a Digital Sales Manager, South Europe.
Responsibilities You will create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MQLs You will qualify and map important partners, business processes and technical requirements on deals You will transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary You will create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management You will create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management and organization You will manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration and career development You will represent us, navigating our resources to accommodate needs of customers Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience with sales, and a passion for learning! Fluent English Italian & French speaker Outbound calling experience Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies Team player Ability to cooperate with other teams Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close Experience in the software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environment, interacting with clients of all levels, is a plus Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus #LI-FB1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
