DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD

Role Purpose   In this role, the digital transformation lead will work as an integrator between the Markets, Senior Leadership, Digital transformation team and other VF Business functions to successfully deliver the Digital first roadmap.
The role will be key in coordinating efforts to leverage synergies across markets, sharing external and group led best practices, influencing business and technology roadmaps.
The transformation lead will play a crucial part in defining the right governance, reporting, identifying blockers thereby accelerating execution; thereby successfully delivering multiple digital transformation initiatives working with group and opco teams.
The role will be working closely with group and markets finance teams managing the in-year budget as well as the financial planning process.
The digital transformation lead will also own and drive programme management responsibilities for key high impact digital and Gen AI initiatives for the group digital team.
Key responsibilities include.

Programme management for selected high impact digital & Gen AI initiatives, with end to end responsibility from scoping to delivery to achieve targeted business outcomes 2.
Build, maintain and manage relationships with markets and business functions, leveraging synergies, facilitating collaboration and influencing decision making to deliver value at scale 3.
Establishing robust governance and reporting cadence to create visibility, remove blockers, managing portfolio risks, enabling effective decision making and accelerating execution  4.
Playing an advisory role on local and group digital roadmaps and strategy  5.
Working across programmes and teams in Strategy & Transformation to create and aligned portfolio plans and unified approach to engage with markets    What you’ll do   • Fostering relationships with key business stakeholders across markets playing an advisory/ influencer role focusing on value creation or VF Business   • Supporting Digital Transformation Senior manager to setup new workstreams aligned with Digital roadmap • Supporting Vodafone Business Group  level governance to manage the flow of Capex across the Digital portfolio • Supporting digital transformation budget management process, feeding into annual budget cycle and enabling financial planning • Maintaining a single rolling roadmap view of all digital first programme activity, updated regularly to align to changing prioritisation and business needs • Additional reporting and governance required for the Head of Digital transformation   Who you are   • Expertise in project/programme management and associated tools and techniques for Agile delivery • Ability to understand, support and articulate organisational strategy • Demonstrable experience in managing complex relationships  • Ability to get it done together, collaborating with markets and building trusted relationships     What's in it for you   We want you to feel happy and fulfilled at work, without compromising the other things in life that matter to you.
