Digital Workplace Engineering Team LeadAbout the Role:We are seeking a Digital Workplace Engineering Team Lead to lead a talented team of engineers and architects. This role will focus on developing, managing, and supporting endpoint technologies such as laptops, workstations, mobile devices, operating systems, and unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that these digital workplace solutions align with business objectives while providing a seamless and secure working environment. As part of a key leadership team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge Digital Workplace products, fostering innovation, and creating a collaborative and development-focused team culture.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 engineers and architects, fostering collaboration and innovation.Product Delivery: Oversee the architecture and delivery of endpoint and UEM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Leads to ensure product strategy aligns with organizational goals.Skills Development & Workforce Planning: Identify skill gaps, provide training, and recruit talent to meet both current and future team needs.Performance Management: Regularly assess individual and team performance, setting goals and fostering professional growth.Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute to the broader organization’s strategy, improving processes, and delivery efficiency.Culture & Continuous Learning: Promote a culture of diversity, leadership, and continuous learning within the team and the organization.About You:Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading technical teams, fostering collaboration, and motivating team members.Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of endpoint technologies, operating systems, UEM, and digital workplace products.Workforce Planning: Strong ability to plan and allocate resources strategically to meet business objectives while fostering team development.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical concepts and business needs.Agile Leadership: Flexible leadership style, with the ability to coach, mentor, or take a hands-on approach as needed.Continuous Learning: A passion for continuous improvement and staying current with emerging technology trends.Ready to take on a new challenge?Apply today and be part of a team that is transforming the digital workplace environment for a leading financial services organization!
