DIGITAL WORKPLACE ENGINEERING TEAM LEAD

Position Title: Digital Workplace Engineering Team LeadRole Summary: As the Digital Workplace Engineering Team Lead, you will guide a team of engineers and architects dedicated to developing, managing, and supporting various endpoints, including laptops, workstations, mobile devices, operating systems, and unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions. This role is crucial for delivering Digital Workplace products that align with business objectives while ensuring a seamless and secure working environment.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 engineers and architects, fostering an atmosphere of continuous development, collaboration, and innovation.Product Delivery: Oversee the architecture, development, and implementation of endpoint and UEM solutions, ensuring compliance with the company's engineering standards, including security and documentation.Collaboration with Product Lead: Partner with the Product Lead to align on business objectives and product strategy, ensuring that the workforce strategy supports product continuity and aligns with organizational goals.Skills Development & Workforce Planning: Assess the skills required within the team to meet current and future goals. Provide training and development opportunities, recruit talent as needed, and ensure effective resource allocation.Performance Management: Regularly evaluate individual and team performance, setting goals and offering constructive feedback to support ongoing personal and professional growth.Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute to the Digital Workplace Leadership team, influencing decisions that impact the broader organization and enhancing the team's processes and delivery efficiency.Culture & Continuous Learning: Help cultivate a culture that values diversity, encourages leadership at all levels, and promotes continuous learning.
