DIGITAL WORKPLACE TRANSFORMATION LEAD

Global ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the Ways of Working methodologies of all employees within the company. Leveraging your deep understanding of key processes, applications, and the M365 + Copilots ecosystem, you will define and implement the Ways of Working Transformation Plan. You will be accountable for its execution and the achievement of desired results.Specific ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Workplace Transformation Strategies:Define and lead the Ways of Working Transformation Plan aligned with company goals.Implement transformation initiatives across the organization.Enhacnce Digital Workplace Tools:Identify and optimize key applications and tools within the M365 + Copilots ecosystem.Customize digital workplace tools to improve productivity and collaboration.Process Improvement:Analyze and refine key business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices for digital workplace solutions and methodologies.Change Management and Training:Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.Personally conduct training sessions and provide support to employees during the transition.Preformance Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor the execution of the transformation plan and track key performance indicators.Report on progress, impact, and outcomes of transformation initiatives.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for transformation efforts.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital workplace solutions.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and evolve the company's ways of working.Required skills and qualificationEducational Background:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.ExperienceProven experience (5+ years) in digital workplace transformation or related roles.Demonstrated experience with the M365 ecosystem, including tools like Teams, Planner, Loop, SharePoint, and Copilots.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and their integration.Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms that enhance workplace productivity.Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.Analytical and Strategic Thinking:Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Change Management Expertise:Experience leading change management initiatives and driving adoption of new technologies.Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.Communication and Collaboration:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Leadership and Influence:Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.Experience in managing and executing large-scale projects.Adaptability and Continuous Learning:Willingness to stay updated on the latest digital workplace trends and technologies.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Spanish and English: Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures.Knowledge of Pharma Industry: It is not required, but it will be a plus.
