Home & Co is looking for a Director de residencia de estudiantes / Hotel for our Asset in Pamplona.
You're a seasoned and highly intelligent professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. You have a boutique hospitality mentality and an eye for detail. But mostly, you’re ready to do the work and are an active communicator who will bring together a network of partners and stakeholders.
Tasks

Support day-to-day operations to achieve social and economic goals, including customer satisfaction, occupancy and revenue, and cost control
Manage and develop the Asset Executive team to ensure career progression and development
Process development and optimization of a "Unique Living Experience" with Home & Co
Managing the ongoing profitability of the Asset, ensuring revenue and tenant satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Consultant /GRM guidance to be taken wherever required
Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the annual Operating Budget
Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements
Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved

Requirements

Degree in business administration and/or hotel management with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
Advanced analytical skills with a strong focus on data analysis

Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills will set you apart from the crowd.
You’re a multitasker who can handle a couple of curve balls and who loves a good challenge
Good understanding of the hospitality business or real estate are a plus
