Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Oversee the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining transparency in financial operations.
Monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Implement cost-control measures and performance metrics to enhance profitability.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and operational plans.
Assess investment opportunities and provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and administration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Promote professional development and training opportunities for team members.
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience 5-7 years of experience in finance and administration management roles, with a focus on the hospitality industry being a significant advantage.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work collaboratively across departments.
Fluent in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in Spanish market is requierd.
