Description Scopely is looking for a Director of Analytics to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team within our Midcore division in Dublin or Barcelona on a hybrid/remote basis.

What You Will Do Team Building.
lead analysts and engineers as part of a thriving and collaborative group that performs at high level, managing their own work to solve complex business problems with a strong focus on value outcomes.
Game Leadership.
work as part of the leadership group to drive a strategy of consistent growth for the studio, delighting our players.
Insight Culture.
develop the decision-making practices across the organisation, building effective behaviours with focus on agile and lean practices.
Data Projects.
create insight products that scale, applying advanced analytical concepts to make player behaviours, feature performance and game health actionable for non-data teams through the full game development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For Impactful track record in an analytics leadership role.
Strong experience working in a large-scale live service title in videogaming.
Product-oriented leadership skills driving multi-disciplinary teams to success.
Experience building an insight culture across development teams.
Advanced data practitioner who leads by example to drive project outcomes.
Ability to distil and present complex findings for audiences at all levels.
A passion to drive success in world-class F2P games.
