Job position: Business Development DirectorLocation: Based in Barcelona, SpainEmployment Type: Full-Time Amigo Gaming is an ambitious and growing global entertainment player with a unique value proposition for its games. The technology behind slots and their design makes our game product competitive in this fast-growing market. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to drive our strategic growth initiatives, expanding our global presence and driving strategic partnerships. Our mission is to become the leading slot provider in the market, delivering creative and engaging experiences for players worldwide. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth and market expansion.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the iGaming industry.• Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and agreements.• Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with business objectives.• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support innovation and competitiveness.• Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.• National and international trips to fairs, events and meetings. Qualifications and Experience:• Minimum of 7–10 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the iGaming or related industry.• Strong understanding of industry trends and global markets.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional collaborations.• A strong network and a proven track record of tangible, commercial success.• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written• Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). What We Offer:•​Competitive salary and benefits package.•​A collaborative and dynamic work environment.•​Professional growth opportunities within a fast-evolving sector.•​The opportunity to learn and grow in an innovative company.•​A modern office in the heart of Barcelona. •​Possibility to work remotely according to company policy.•​Full time job: Monday to Friday•​23 Vacation days per year Details:•​Start date: January, 2025•​Based in Barcelona, Spain About Amigo Gaming:At Amigo Gaming, we combine creativity with cutting-edge technology to design unique gaming experiences that captivate players worldwide.
