The Director of DDIT GF Solution Delivery & Integration is responsible for leading the delivery and integration of digital, data, and IT solutions for P&O IT domain.
Role will Identify and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives that enable global P&O Strategy, drive Technology innovation at global P&O IT Scale and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the P&O organization.
About the Role Your key responsibilities.
Work with Tower Head and Strategic Business Partners to consolidate technology roadmap for P&O IT solution delivery and integration across P&O IT areas.
Leads cross domain team to reinforce strategic initiatives and innovation success across peering business partnering organizations.
Oversee the management of multiple, complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards, with a focus on P&O IT projects.
Oversee data integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Lead the integration of new technologies and systems with existing P&O landscape, ensuring compatibility and optimizing performance, particularly in the P&O domain.
Work closely with the P&O IT domain architect as well as other DD&IT teams and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure that solutions adhere to overall enterprise standards, design principles, and compliance requirements.
Consolidate and manage the P&O IT portfolio, driving the P&O IT portfolio agenda, governance, executive reporting, and executive service review management at the portfolio level.
Work across the P&O IT Strategic Business Partners (SBPs) to collect their inputs and ensure a holistic view of the P&O IT portfolio.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the P&O IT portfolio and report on performance to senior leadership, including executive reporting and executive service review management.
Manage the P&O IT ServiceNow roadmap together with respective P&O counterparts and P&O IT Strategic Business Partners.
Develop strategies to maintain and improve service levels and operational performance Work with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the DD&IT team to ensure day-to-day operational stability of the P&O IT managed non-Workday application portfolio.

What you’ll bring to the role.
10+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, integration, and project management, with at least 5 years in increasing complexity roles.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects in a global environment, with experience in P&O IT solutions.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, data integration, and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of HR landscape and enterprise HR solutions (Workday, Cornerstone on demand, Service Now)  Excellent leadership, communication, and proven stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Desirable requirements.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
