We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at [Hotel Name], a stylish and vibrant lifestyle hotel that is currently opening.
As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our food and beverage offerings, leading our culinary team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities.

Pre-Opening Planning.
Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to develop and implement food and beverage concepts, menus, and operational procedures.
2.
Recruitment and Training.
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team, ensuring that all staff are knowledgeable about our offerings and provide exceptional guest service.
3.
Menu Development.
Create innovative, seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors, and appeal to our target market.
4.
Operational Setup.
Oversee the setup and installation of food and beverage equipment, supplies, and technology.
5.
Budgeting and Cost Control.
