Purpose of Role:- To support the smooth and effective day to day running of all golfing activities
- Consistently focus on delivering an exceptional experienceAssist in leading the Proshop and Outside Golf Operations team to ensure high team morale and an elevated level of customer service
- Assist in the management of the F&B service
- Communicate and work alongside the Golf Shop and Professional Team to ensure effective communication and consistency between Golf Departments.
-To maintain standards and consistency of delivery of service as directed and in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the department
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned individual tasksPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:- Support the management of the day-to-day operation of all golfing activities and related services
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the course greenkeeper manager and personnel
- Clear communication with the outside operations team ensuring they are aware of the days play and any special requirements or areas to focus on
- Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations
- Prepare necessary and relevant reports
- Establish guidelines for Golf Operations; expectations and parameters
- Oversee the golf shop retail operation, reviewing purchased products, managing inventory levels and promotions
- Liaise with suppliers ensuring good value for money, approves and oversees orders, supplies associated with golf activities
- Manage the golf operations policies, procedures, controls and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets and resources
- Conduct necessary performance appraisals with relevant golf team staff
- Willing to perform other duties as assigned or required by the management
- Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and presentation of the buggy fleet
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and Club policies
- Manage golf related systems to ensure best possible client journey
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the course manager and personnel
- Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations
- Prepare necessary and relevant reports

- Conduct necessary performance appraisals with relevant golf team staffQualifications and experience required for this role:- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess good customer service skills, be friendly and personable
- Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Spanish and English. Additional languages would be an advantage
- Strong leadership and strategic planning experience
- Experience of working within an established team
